Bahrain: Conditions for visitors to Bahrain have been revised. Existing restrictions will remain in place for those from countries on the Red List, including India. . Travel restrictions for red listed countries such as India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Vietnam will remain unchanged. Admission from these countries will remain restricted to Bahrain residents and Bahraini nationals. Those coming from these places should produce a negative certificate of Covid PCR test conducted within 48 hours before departure. This applies to people over the age of six. QR code is mandatory. All passengers must have a PCR check at the airport on or after the 10th day. The fee for Covid inspection is 24 Bahraini dinars. Payment can be made through the B Aware App and the Bahrain e-Government Portal or by currency or card at the airport kiosk. Also, those who have traveled through the red listed countries for 14 days will not have access. At present, a 10-day compulsory quarantine is imposed on those coming to Bahrain. The quarantine must be located in one’s own name or in the name of a directly related family member or at an NHRA approved center. These terms apply to travelers, including those who have and have not been vaccinated with the Covid vaccine. Those coming from countries not on the red list are required to produce a negative certificate of Covid PCR test conducted within 72 hours of departure. Quarantine is not required for those who have completed vaccination and obtained a vaccination certificate from the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and Australia. The majority said they would have to undergo a pre-departure test and two post-arrival tests in Bahrain.
