Bahrain : The Indian Club-Bahrain is set to launch three days of exciting Bahrain National Day celebrations with a thrilling new initiative – ‘The Indian Club Anand Bazaar’, running alongside three evenings of great entertainment with songs dances etc along with games and variety of food stalls.
The Indian Club Anand Bazaar will be open from 6pm to 11pm on each of 15th through 17th December, with its 18 stalls providing a wide range of tasty food to try and fun games to play; entry is free and everyone is welcome – Club Members and non-Members alike.
An official Opening Ceremony for The Anand Bazaar and The Club’s National Day celebrations will be held on the evening of 15th December, starting at 8pm; talented local artists, including the Destiny Dance Troupe which trains at The Indian Club, the Alaayal Dance Team choreographed by Mr. Satangi Sasidhar. Mr. Jaykumar Varma Mr. Gobinathan Nambiar, Babu, Shobana, Abiram, Sreelakshmi and Nasima, will entertain the crowd with favourite Indian songs.
Further entertainment is planned for the 16th evening – a musical extravaganza; and the 17th evening, when local favourites, ‘The Bollywood Blues Band’ led by Mr. Shelin Chacko will take to the stage; both evenings’ programmes will start at 8pm.
