Bahrain : Under the leadership of IOC Indian Overseas Executive Committee, the general secretary Shri. Khursheed Alam started off the Gandhi Jayanthi Celebrations with the National Anthem of India at the IOC Head Office, Kingdom of Bahrain.President of the IOC Bahrain, Shri. Mohammed Mansoor, who is currently abroad, attended the meeting through a virtual online platform and recollected the importance of this day to the fellow members signifying the purpose of Gandhi Jayanthi.The efforts of a British-free India by Gandhi and it’s outcome and effect on the world was shared by Shri Khursheed Alam.IOC representatives Shri. Mohammed Gayasulla, Shri. Austin Santosh, Shri. Taufeeq A Katar, Shri. Ashraf Bery, Smt. Ishrat Salim talked during the event.The welcome speech was given by Mr. Ibrahim Aduham and the vote of thanks was given by Smt. Shamli P John.The event was cordinated by the Gen. Secretary, Shri.
