Bahrain : On the eve of 8 th day of February, 2022 Pravasi Legal Cell Bahrain chapter conducted a webinar in association with BMC Global aimed at – empowering people on legal front, providing awareness to expatriates regarding legal issues.

His Excellency Ambassador ,Mr Piyush Shrivastava was cordially invited as the Chief Guest. His words to the expatriates were informative and inspiring. He appreciated the webinar initiated by the Pravasi Legal cell and he said at the end of the webinar session many will be benefited.In his inaugural speech he appreciated the vibrant Indian community and how they have been contributing to the economy of the country.
He provided few information regarding the system of emigration, pre departure orientations training program instituted by govt. and various other schemes like Pravasi Bharatiya Insurance Schemes .

Second Secretary Sri Ravi Shankar Shukla, Pravasi Legal Cell Global President Adv. Jose Abraham,Adv Madhavan Kallath ( Legal advisor, Kallath and DBI WLL), Sudheer Thirunilath, Country Head of Pravasi Legal Cell Bahrain Chapter , Amal Del Bahrain Coordinator , General Secretary Sushma Gupta , Governing Council Members Mr.Senthil Kumar , Mr.Haribabu , Mr.Ganesh Murthy were present in the webinar and others attended thru online . Our Patrons and Different PLC country Heads attended the session thru online . PLC UAE Country Head Sreedharan Prasad, Georgia Country Head George Sebastian , PLC Tami Nadu Chapter Adv.Saranath were among them Their presence set awareness amongst the expats dealing with legal issues.

Adv. Madhavan Kallath spoke about Bahrain laws regarding illegal stay in the country, visit visa ,employee employer contracts , Domestic Workers issue , Leave Salary, Indemnity and so on.

PLC Global President Adv Jose Abraham spoke about the Indian laws and also about the Expats facing problems like property issues in India, appointing an advocate for a legal case while staying abroad .They tried to provide answers to the queries made by the expatriates community.
